World's First Equity Destination Club Announces Acquisition of Beach Properties, Doubling Size of BelleSol Portfolio

BelleHaven's Expands Access, Ownership to Properties in Riviera Maya, Mexico; Hammock Beach, Florida; and Great Exuma, Bahamas

BelleHavens™ Inc., the world’s first equity destination club, today announced the addition of three properties to its BelleSol portfolio, doubling the number of BelleSol residences available for Members use. These multi-million dollar residences are located in Riviera Maya, Mexico; Hammock Beach, Florida; and Great Exuma, Bahamas.

Hammock Beach, Florida
The BelleHavens home is located lakefront within the Hammock Beach resort along the Atlantic Ocean. The four-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom single-family home features more than 3,000 square-feet of space. The property is exquisitely furnished, includes a large game room with pool table and big screen TV, and has high-end finishes throughout the home. The residence will be available to BelleHavens Members late 2005.

BelleHavens Members staying at Hammock Beach enjoy a private pool and hot tub, access to the community beach clubhouse, and access to the signature Ocean Hammock golf course.

Riviera Maya, Mexico
The Riviera Maya property offers nearly 3,700 square-feet of spectacular accommodations in the prestigious Puerto Aventuras Resort Community in Riviera Maya, Mexico. In addition to nearly 3,700 square-feet of living space, the residence has 574 square feet of private terrace space. The private balcony, outfitted with a Jacuzzi hot tub, overlooks the Riviera Maya beaches and the community’s grandiose resort pool. Each room has spectacular ocean views and has been professionally decorated with a tropical Mayan flair. The residence will be available to BelleHavens members early 2006.

Great Exuma, Bahamas
Located in the Emerald Bay Resort adjacent to the Four Seasons, the BelleHavens residence offers unparalleled resort amenities. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury townhome features 2,127 square-feet of air conditioned space with a 421 square-foot terrace. Located along the 17th hole of the Greg Norman golf course in Grand Isle Villas, the home offers spectacular views of the golf course, marina and beach.

The home has been outfitted with the finest amenities, including granite countertops, sub-zero refrigerator, Dacor cooktop and wall oven, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, natural stone flooring, and tongue and groove Cypress vaulted ceiling. Like all BelleHavens properties, the residence is exquisitely furnished. The home will be available to BelleHavens members in March 2006.

BelleHavens Members have access to all of the amenities at the Grand Isle Villas, including an onsite concierge, a 3,600 square-foot social pavilion, a free-form resort pool and heated outdoor whirlpool spa, fitness facility and a tropical pool bar.
