Partnerships

Like many other equity destination clubs, Ventures Equity Vacation Club didn't have as many partnerships as some of their non-equity competitors.

One notable attachment was BVG Incorporated, Ventures Equity's father organization, a developer based out of Florida. Formerly known as Bella Vista Group, the company was founded in 1999 and contributed to the real estate component of Ventures Equity.

Outside of this affiliation, no other partnerships pertaining to Ventures Equity are known.

Unlike non-equity clubs, equity destination clubs typically have strict covenants outlining how membership funds will be allocated. Operating under these regulations, that vast majority of equity clubs to date run lean operations, with little done outside the architecture of the club.
