Vantages West
Annual Dues

An under-capitalized firm that launched late in 2005, Vantages West had ceased operations by early 2006.

As evidenced by their name, the club would focus on the western portion of the United States with a portfolio of "luxury homes throughout the West and into the Pacific Rim."

Other clubs during the history of the destination club sector have followed similar paths. Signature Destinations would build their club in the northeastern portion of the US, based out of Kirkland, Washington. The Portofino Club would look to expand globally, but had a strong focus in the Colorado region. These clubs would actually merge, only to file for bankruptcy in 2008.

Vantages West was in the destination club industry for such a brief time that no information about the club's annual dues are publicly known.

Clubs like Vantages West further emphasize the requirement of a substantial due diligence review of a club prior to joining, particularly a new, unproven club.
