Southridge Club
Usage

Limited to just 18 total members, The Southridge Club offers each 10 nights of access each year over a three year period for a non-refundable $300,000 membership fee.

One of the most exclusive destination clubs ever created, Southridge members had simultaneous access to all three of the properties, allowing family and corporate members the ability to spread across 13 room and over 17,000 square feet of living space.

According to club documents, "Stays at the Houses shall be for a minimum of three nights; stays of less than three nights will be counted as a three-night stay for purposes of calculating the ten-night maximum. During a stay, Privilege Holder shall be provided simultaneous use privileges for all three Houses. Privilege Holder may also use the Houses for additional dates beyond the ten-night maximum on a space-available basis pursuant to the reservation procedures and additional payment terms set forth in this Agreement."

Southridge lists some "blackout periods" where properties will not be available to members, including:

  • August for home maintenance
  • Mid April for the Coachella Music Festival
  • Easter Weekend
  • Thanksgiving Weekend
  • June 13

These dates may periodically change, but the club will black out no more than 45 days per membership year.

While many other destination clubs have different membership plans for individuals, families, and corporations, Southridge believes in just one offering. Members can allow friends, family, and colleagues to use their membership with or without the primary member in residence.

Members who exceed their allotted number of nights can purchase additional nights for $8,000 per night. These additional nights must either be added to the beginning or end of a reservation or in increments of three or more nights.

With Yellowstone Club World and Solstice Collection, the two leading ultra-luxury destination clubs, no longer in operation, The Southridge Club strives to fill the void left at the top of the sector.
