One of the leaders in the destination club industry, Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World brings a storied history to their successful club.
Officially launched in April of 2005, Quintess began their membership sales in June of 2004, making them one of the earliest clubs in the emerging destination club sector. The young club would quickly establish themselves as a player in the industry with a collection of $4 million luxury vacation properties available exclusively to members, free guest usage, and a 100% refundable membership deposit in the first year.
Less than an hour away from Quintess' headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, Dream Catcher Retreats had also launched their luxury destination club in April of 2005. Like Quintess, Dream Catcher had begun selling their memberships prior to their public launch and already had an establish base of members and real estate prior to their introduction.
Both of the clubs quickly surpassed the 100 member mark and in September of 2006, the two would announce a merger. The new brand Quintess, Catch the Dream counted over 230 members, 38 homes in 24 destinations, and an estimated $110 million in combined properties.
Before the end of the year, Quintess, Catch the Dream announced a partnership with The Leading Hotels of the World, who had created their own destination club called The Leading Residences of the World. The collected three clubs would be known as Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World, as they remain today.
