Membership Pricing

Passing the 500 member mark in August of 2009, Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World has been a popular membership option since their inception, propelling the club to the third largest in the world.

Publicly launched in April of 2005, Quintess would quickly emerge as a power player and would solidify their status by being a part of "the largest consolidation in the industry" with their merger with Dream Catcher Retreats in September of 2006. Just a few short months later, the combined clubs would also add a partnership with The Leading Hotels of the World, who had launched their own destination club Leading Residences of the World.

Now known as Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World, many would be drawn to the club for its attractive property portfolio and member benefits, including a fully refundable membership deposit within the first year of membership.

Quintess offers several membership plans, ranging from 10 to 60 nights of access each year to the club's properties, including complimentary extended family usage.

The membership payment is 75% refundable for all membership plans, a near universal structure to other leading non-equity destinations clubs. Q10 Membership

The introductory level within Quintess, LRW, the Q10 Membership affords members 10 nights of total base plan nights per year to the club's growing portfolio of luxury vacation residences for $140,000. Members are able to hold up to two advanced reservations beyond 90 days in advance. Like the other memberships available through Quintess, members enjoy a space available reservation window of 90 days.

Q20 Membership

Providing 20 nights of annual usage, Q20 members can make up to four advanced reservations. Available for a one-time membership fee of $210,000. Like the Q10 Membership, Q2 members are not able to purchase the additional priority access to peak holiday travel enhancement, reserved for Q30 Memberships and higher.

Q30 Membership

The Q30 Membership is the first level within the Quintess hierarchy that provides members the ability to augment their membership with an optional holiday access plan, where members are able to receive preferred access to peak travel periods. Members pay $297,500 to join, which grants them 30 nights of access each year.

Q40 Membership

For $335,000, luxury travelers can purchase a Q40 Membership with Quintess. Members receive 40 nights of access each year as part of the base plan. Members also are allowed an additional reservation from the Q30 Membership, totaling up to eight reservations beyond 90 days in advance.

Q50 Membership

At 50 days of annual travel, the Q50 Membership is available for a one-time membership fee of $380,000. Members are able to distribute their nights across up to 10 reservations beyond 90 days in advance.

Q60 Membership

Jumping up to 60 nights of annual access to the Quintess collection of $4+ vacation properties, the Q60 plan provides members with 14 advanced reservations. Members pay $525,000 to join, of which 75% is refundable if a member elects to leave the club.
