Membership Plans

One of the leaders in the destination club industry, Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World, offers multiple membership plans to their affluent base of members, ranging from 10 to 60 nights of base usage each year. Restructured in 2010, the club modified their membership plans to ease comparisons between other destination clubs.

The change gave members the ability to purchase an optional holiday access extension by paying a one-time fee that allowed for peak period travel every year or every other year, based on the plan selected. In addition, each of the club's six membership plans offered complimentary extended family usage and a 90 day space available reservation window.

Q10 Membership

The club's introductory membership offering, members receive 10 nights of annual access to the club's portfolio of $4 million residences. Members are able to make up to two advanced reservations per year.

Members pay a one-time membership fee of $140,000 and annual dues of $11,775 per year.

Q20 Membership

Providing 20 nights of base access each year, Q20 members are able to hold up to four advanced reservations per year. Like the Q10 Membership, the addition of the optional holiday access plans is not available.

Members pay $210,000 to join with accompanying annual dues of $23,550.

Q30 Membership

The first membership to allow the optional holiday access extension, the Q30 Membership provides members 30 nights of base plan access annually. Members can hold up to seven advanced reservations beyond 90 days in advance.

Members pay $297,500 to join with accompanying annual dues of $35,325.

Q40 Membership

The popular Q4 Unlimited Membership grants members 40 nights of base plan access. Members are able to make up to eight reservations beyond 90 days in advance to any of the properties within the Quintess portfolio.

Members pay $335,000 to join with accompanying annual dues of $43,375.

Q50 Membership

The Q5 Unlimited Membership provides an additional ten nights of access past the Q40 membership. Members can hold up to 10 advanced reservations and, like other Quintess memberships, a space available window of 90 days.

Members pay $380,000 to join with accompanying annual dues of $56,000.

Q60 Membership

One of the highest allotments of nights in the destination club industry, the Q60 Unlimited affords members 60 nights of base plan usage each year. Q60 members are able to make up to 14 advanced reservations, four more than any other membership within Quintess.

Members pay $525,000 to join with accompanying annual dues of $70,650.
