Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World Holiday Access
Prior to a retooling of their membership offerings in 2010, Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World allowed members the option of purchasing either holiday or non-holiday membership packages. In a move to make comparisons to other destination clubs easier and to give more flexibility to craft a membership specifically for their own unique travel needs, Quintess crafted a new model to come more in line with their competitors.
Members are able to purchase an optional enhancement to their membership, giving them access to peak holiday travel dates.
For a one-time fee of $70,000 when joining, members are able to travel during peak holiday periods once per year. For $40,000, members are able to travel during these holidays once every two years. The every year option is available to members with Q30 Memberships and higher. The every other year enhancement can be purchased by members with plans of 20 nights or more.
For those looking to travel for multiple holidays each year, multiple enhancements can be purchased. For example, if a member wanted to have two holiday travel privileges each year, they would pay $140,000 in addition to their membership fee.
This structure is similar to the one used at Exclusive Resorts, the world's largest destination club in terms of members and properties.
