Annual Dues

An undisputed leader in the destination club sector, Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World is one of the growing number of clubs to build with a focus on not only world class residences and experiences available to members, but a strong financial foundation.

"Financial strength during this challenging economic environment has allowed us to enhance our position as the leading destination club in availability, home quality and service," said Greg Eure, President of Quintess, LRW. Each year, the club provides its over 500 members third party audited financial statements and in Q4 of 2008, Quintess brought a vote to members with an overwhelming majority approving a revised annual dues and fees structure. "This financial structure allows the Club to sustain itself without requiring the capital from new membership sales."

Quintess, LRW offers members a host of membership plans, ranging between 10 and 60 nights of base plan usage annually. All members have access to an ever growing collection of $4+ vacation properties in some of the world's most sought after destinations.

Q10 Membership

The introductory offering into Quintess, the Q10 Membership provides members 10 nights of base plan access per year with two advanced reservations. In addition to paying a one-time membership fee, members pay $11,775 per year in annual dues.

Q20 Membership

Doubling the number of nights and advanced reservations available to members from the Q1 Membership, the Q20 Membership affords members 20 nights of usage and four advanced reservations. Members pay $23,550 per year in annual dues. At the Q20 Membership level, members are able to augment their membership by purchasing a holiday access plan that gives them holiday travel access once every other year.

Q30 Membership

Providing over four full weeks of access to the Quintes portfolio of vacation properties, the Q30 Membership is the lowest club level that allows for holiday travel every year. For the 30 nights of annual base plan access, members pay $35,325 in annual dues. Members can distribute their 30 nights across up to seven reservations 90 or more days in advance.

Q40 Membership

Q4 members receive 40 nights of base plan usage each year. Members can hold up to eight reservations beyond 90 days in advance with accompanying annual dues of $45,375.

Q50 Membership

Q5 members have 50 nights of annual access to the popular Quintess collection of luxurious vacation properties. Members pay $56,000 in annual dues and are able to make up to 10 advanced reservations.

Q60 Membership

Increased to 60 nights of base plan access annually, the Q60 Membership costs $70,650 per year in annual dues. Members have the ability to make up to 14 reservations beyond the 90 day space available reservation window.
