Ultimate Resort LLC, a leading operator of luxury destination clubs, today announced that it has launched Phase II of its Charter Membership program, after successfully selling out Phase I of the Charter Membership. Beginning today, Ultimate Resort introduces Phase II of its Charter Membership program, providing new club members with a substantial savings off standard club membership fees and an almost 50% savings versus other leading destination clubs.

Ultimate Resort is designed to provide individuals, families and corporate members with virtually unlimited access to 100 luxury residence club properties planned over the next few years, each averaging $1.5 million in value. Ultimate Resort’s Phase II Charter Membership program will be made available to new club members beginning August 1, 2005. Members pay a one-time refundable Membership Fee of $150,000 for individual and family memberships and $165,000 for corporate memberships. The Membership Fee is eighty percent (80%) refundable if the member leaves the club in the future. The Phase II Charter Membership program will only be available for a limited time.
