Simplicity International Successfully Launches New Club In 2005

Simplicity International, an exciting new leisure-industry company founded by Weston resident and luxury homebuilder Jeffery Tallman, launched on January 1, 2005

After appointing resort real estate industry veteran John Schopfer as President and COO of Simplicity in early December, the company made some fundamental changes to its club structure – making it the most unique club in the industry.

Simplicity’s Private Portfolio Club Members will have Primary access to their personal collection of vacation homes and Club access to Simplicity’s ever-expanding variety of vacation Portfolios. Its first "Home Portfolio" is a collection of 6 vacation homes hand selected by Mr. Tallman for residents of Fairfield County. Selections were based on a combination of popular weekend and primary vacation destinations.

In mid-December Simplicity created Home Portfolio One (HP1) that would only be available to 36 families in the Fairfield County area making it the most exclusive membership of its kind. Only these 36 families will have Primary access to this treasured portfolio of homes composed of fine properties in Nantucket, MA, Jackson Hole, WY, Manchester Village, VT, South Beach, FL, Sunapee Lake, NH, and Nevis, located in the West Indies next to St. Kitts.

In a small private offering before the New Year, Simplicity sold through its first tier of membership in less than one week and is now well into the second.
