A new era in private membership has arrived with the launch of Quintess, an exclusive destination club offering members vacation experiences and memories to last a lifetime. Built on the foundation of the private-travel lifestyle, Quintess provides members with access to a portfolio of multi-million dollar, club-owned homes in the world's most popular resort and city destinations, all with services and amenities rivaling a five-star hotel.

Quintess celebrates the private-travel lifestyle and allows members the time to do what they love - live life to the fullest. Currently, Quintess has homes in Aspen, Los Cabos, Manhattan, Biscayne Bay and Costa Rica. The company plans to open homes in Jackson Hole, Napa Valley, San Francisco, Palm Springs, London, Paris, Hawaii and the Caribbean.

Unlike other destination clubs, Quintess offers members only private homes, never hotel rooms or resort condos. The average cost of a Quintess home is $3.5 million, which is 30% higher than established competitors. Each Quintess home is beautifully furnished with member's comfort and needs in mind. From a state-of-the-art home theater system and gourmet quality kitchens to beautiful artwork and a world-class wine cellar, Quintess' homes offer members a luxurious, yet comfortable environment designed to make them feel at home. Quintess is also one of the few destination clubs to allow members to share their vacation time with friends and family, even if they cannot be there to use it, with no additional fee. Another distinguishing feature is the company's commitment to refund the entire deposit during the first year for a member who wishes to resign. Following the member's second anniversary 80% of the then current deposit price is refundable.

Prior to a member's arrival at a Quintess home, the concierge takes care of all details such as reservations for travel, private jets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, local activities and dinner reservations. When a member arrives at a Quintess home they are greeted by a host who is there to take care of any needs from a last minute request for a dinner reservation to letting members know about the best-kept secrets that only the locals know.

Membership Quintess offers three levels of club membership: Charter Premium - Perfect for families who enjoy multiple weeks of vacation each year. From a $250,000 deposit and $20,000 in annual dues a member can enjoy 30 days of guaranteed usage, plus space-available time. Charter Affiliate - Designed for people with more limited vacation time. For a $165,000 deposit and $10,500 in annual dues a member have access to 15 days of guaranteed usage, plus space-available time. Charter Group Plan - Ideal for multiple families who wish to share their usage or corporations that want to make an unforgettable impression on their clients or uniquely inspire their employees. Groups pay a deposit between $300-325,000 and pay $20,000 in annual dues and enjoy 30 days of usage.
