High Country Club Raises The Bar On Services
Date: April 13, 2007
Members of Denver-based High Country Club, one of the world’s top destination clubs, have been raving about the customer service and unbeatable experience they’ve enjoyed.
“The High Country Club staff is absolutely incredible! They should write a training manual on Outstanding Customer Service for every business owner to use,” said Terrence and Rhonda Smith. The Smiths noted that Chris Stock, Director of Member Services, went above the call of duty when she found them a place to stay in Dillon when the family was stranded along the highway due to the closure of I-70 during the recent holiday snowstorm.
From ensuring a family has a well-stocked kitchen, portable cribs for infants, and humidifiers to offset dry, winter air, the High Country Club Member Services team provides the utmost in concierge services. “When we arrived, there were birthday gifts waiting for my wife and son, who share the same birthday,” said Rick Turchett. “We love that a service provider will do those things for us, and all we have to do is show up and have a fun time.”
After High Country Club members, Randy and Darla Jones, returned from a Palm Springs vacation with two 13-year olds in tow, they said, “Our trips have been fantastic. You can’t beat walking into a fully stocked, luxurious residence, staying a week, and leaving with no cleanup, maintenance, repair or headaches.”
“We really take time to listen to our members. Their feedback impacts our selection of future destinations and helps us continually evolve the concierge services we offer,” said Christian Kirschner, President of High Country Club. High Country Club’s growing portfolio of luxury residences includes the popular U.S. destinations of New York City, Orlando, Palm Springs, Hilton Head and Beaver Creek. In addition, the High Country Club portfolio includes exotic locations such as Tuscany, Cabo San Lucas, Maui and Turks & Caicos.
