Exclusive Resorts' Members Encounter Olympic Class Luxury
Exclusive Resorts™ solidified plans to expand its property portfolio into Deer Valley, Utah, rated #1 North American Resort by readers of SKI Magazine in 2002. The Deer Valley addition offers members Olympic class luxury in the ski area that revolutionized the ski service industry.
Exclusive Resorts' permanent residences, located in the Ironwood development of the Flagstaff Mountain Resort expansion, are under construction and will be available for member use by March 2004. When finished, Exclusive Resorts' members can spend the day tackling the backcountry of Empire Canyon, Deer Valley's tallest peak, and then ski home to their ski-in/ski-out residences conveniently located at the base of the Northside Express lift. Each impressive 3,000 SF, four bedroom home is finished beyond the standards of the finest homes and features private whirlpools on expansive decks and patios. The Flagstaff Mountain Resort expansion will bring new ski runs on approximately 337 acres, ten miles of hiking and biking and nearly 1,000 acres of preserved open space to provide a true connection to the outdoors, with less than half the density of existing areas of Deer Valley.
"In Deer Valley, we have truly met the goal of identifying the finest residences. The Ironwood town homes are one-of-a kind residences that portray a feeling of comfort only found at home," said Brent Handler, president of Exclusive Resorts. "During the construction phase of the Ironwood development, we have arranged for members have access to comparable accommodations at the Chateaux at Silver Lake."
In Deer Valley, the skiing is fabulous for expert to beginner skiers and warmer months bring a multitude of activities including lift-served hiking, biking and scenic rides. While the resort only welcomes only ski purists, snowboarders can carve fresh tracks just minutes away at Park City Mountain Resort.
