Todd Harris Appointed Senior Vice President of Member Services

Exclusive Resorts™ takes its pledge to provide members the services, amenities, convenience and personalized attention of a luxury resort to a new level by appointing Todd Harris to the position of Senior Vice President of Member Services. In his new post, Harris will develop and supervise all aspects of the member experience, from the reservations process to residence concierge responsibilities.

"With Harris' 14 years of providing luxury travel experiences, Exclusive Resorts members are guaranteed personalized and attentive service before, during and after their visits to Exclusive Resorts' residences." said Brent Handler, co-founder and president of Exclusive Resorts. "I am confident that Harris will cultivate and develop the Exclusive Resorts experience to a level commensurate of our multi-million dollar properties."

Most recently, Harris pioneered new territory as the opening General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, Colo. He was responsible for all operational aspects of the resort, which was the first Ritz-Carlton integrated resort with hotel rooms, penthouse apartments and fractional ownership. As General Manager of this unique resort, Harris quickly acquired a thorough knowledge of condominium management and fractional ownership management, as well as their integration with resort operations. Additionally, Harris fulfilled his life-long dream to run a luxury ski resort, but his entrepreneurial spirit and unfailing passion for the hospitality industry, brought him to the Exclusive Resorts management team.

"Exclusive Resorts has a business model that is reshaping the way people travel and very well may change the hospitality industry as we know it," said Todd Harris, senior vice president, member services. "When I was offered the opportunity to help develop and mold a company with such potential, I quickly concluded that my expertise in providing unique luxury travel experiences would help position Exclusive Resorts as the leader in luxury residential travel," said Harris.

Harris career began in 1989 with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company at the flagship Ritz-Carlton Buckhead, Atlanta, Ga. and has become known, throughout the industry, as an executive who could solve difficult problems and execute innovative ideas. He has opened and managed a number of Ritz-Carlton properties in the United States and in Asia including The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco, the former Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, Calif., The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul, South Korea, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore and The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, Japan.
