The new Golf Membership plan is available for a one-time refundable membership fee of $150,000 and annual dues of $17,500. Membership includes 15 days access annually to the collection of luxury $3.25-million-plus golf vacation homes, green fees for the member and a guest at all courses as well as the services of a private chef twice per year.

To enjoy Dream Catcher’s entire portfolio of luxury homes, additional individual and corporate membership plans are available including an unlimited plan for a membership fee of $275,000 and annual dues of $17,000.
