Dream Catcher Destination Club Adds New Napa Valley Home

Date: April 11, 2005

Members Can Now Enjoy Vacation Getaways To California's Wine Country

Continuing to provide its members with memorable vacation experiences, Dream Catcher has added a new home to its portfolio of luxury vacation properties. Dream Catcher destination club members can plan a stay at the new Private Reserve estate in the heart of Napa Valley, CA.

With more than 150 wineries in the area, the home’s location is perfect for wine enthusiasts. The Private Reserve is located on Napa Valley’s Silverado Trail, near the community of St. Helena. The magnificent three-story, 5,700 square foot home is nestled on one and a half acres of private vineyard, surrounded by lush gardens and accessible by the estate’s private driveway that runs past its stunning grounds and flourishing vines. A large wrap around veranda and spacious outdoor terraces allow guests to fully enjoy the beauty of their surroundings.

“Recognized for its world-class wineries and award-winning restaurants, Napa Valley fits perfectly with Dream Catcher’s present collection of distinguished homes and premier locations,” said Scott Anderson, CEO Dream Catcher.

The Private Reserve provides ample accommodations and living space with five bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths. Included among these are two master bedrooms, two guest rooms with private baths, and an apartment with private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. In addition, there is a guest pool house with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen that can be used as nanny’s quarters. A formal dining room and living room with stone fireplace provide great areas for entertaining. The house boasts five fireplaces, swimming pool and game room with pool table. Following the central theme of the region, the house also includes a special wine tasting area decorated in the fashion of a traditional winery tasting room.

Beyond the prized wine tasting and culinary experiences found throughout the region, Napa Valley offers a range of activities for vacationers to choose from including hot air ballooning through the country, golfing at championship courses, horseback riding along miles of breathtaking vineyards, or simply relaxing at one of more than 20 spas in the area. Napa Valley also hosts a variety of festivals throughout the year that offer experiences in food, wine, art, and music. Nearby natural attractions, for those wishing to retreat back to nature, include the Petrified Forest, Old Faithful Geyser, Robert Louis Stevenson State Park, and Mount St. Helena.
