BelleHavens™ New Additions Represent the Essence of Mountain Home Living

BelleHavens™ Inc., the world’s first equity destination club, announces the addition of three luxurious mountain properties to its BelleSummit portfolio. These million-dollar homes are located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Park City, and Midway, Utah.

BelleHavens, established in 2004, is developing four distinct property portfolios that will be exclusively owned and used by BelleHavens’ members: BelleSummit (mountain resorts); BelleSol (beach and golf locations); BellePlaza (metropolitan destinations); and BelleVista (regional getaways). BelleHavens’ next wave of property acquisitions will be focused on its BelleSol portfolio, which will include destinations in Mexico; Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; Palm Springs, California; and Hawaii, among others.

The home’s atmosphere is an expression of its natural mountain environment with its design and furnishings centered on a Native American theme.

BelleHavens’ stunning Park City retreat is ideally situated within minutes of three world-class ski resorts: Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort and The Canyons Resort. It is also within walking distance from Park City’s historic Main Street. Surrounded by thick aspens and pine, this 3,500 square foot designer mountain home, features four bedrooms, extensive rock work throughout, and custom mortise and tenon timber frame roof structure. Artfully blended is the home’s balance between traditional rock and timber themes, and modern conveniences such as heated driveway, three-story elevator, and cutting edge “smart-home” technology.

Nestled in Utah’s pristine Wasatch Mountains, the Midway home is only feet away from one of Utah’s most popular and scenic golf courses, The Homestead Golf Course, ranked by ZAGAT/ESPN as one of the top golf courses in America. With more than 4,000 square feet, the Midway home can comfortably accommodate 13 people. While there, members can discover Robert Redford’s acclaimed Sundance Resort, the Soldier Hollow Olympic venue and three championship golf courses. However, if members prefer to stay indoors, the home is furnished with a 61-inch flat screen TV, wet bar, barbeque, and pool table.
