Creating their club around exemplary service and pristine vacation properties, Premier Destinations would offer members unlimited annual access to a planned global collection of vacation residences.

"All your homes are selected for the uniqueness each offers and its relationship to the locale," wrote the club. "Each is then professionally designed and finely appointed with one of a kind European antiques, art pieces, custom window treatments and bed ensembles."

"Our selection of residences is based on the following criteria: 4000 square feet or more of spacious living area; four bedrooms with spa-like baths; custom gourmet kitchens; a state of the art media room; an office area with high speed internet; in-home fitness area; a pool and spa and outdoor living area where applicable. All homes will be designed for their specific architecture and local flavor in a casually elegant style to provide spacious family areas and secluded retreats."

Dividing their property portfolio into four distinct areas, Premier Destinations by Anne Sebastian would lease their original property portfolio before planning on acquiring properties once they reached a critical mass of members.

Unfortunately, competing against industry titans like Exclusive Resorts, Premier was unable to progress past their Charter Membership phase.

By 2007, the small destination club had ceased operations with only a handful of members.
