Phoenix Club Documents
From the ashes of High Country Club and their January 2009 bankruptcy filing, the Phoenix Club hopes to court 200 or more former members to their new destination club.
Unlike most destination clubs in the industry, the Phoenix Club will not charge members an up-front membership deposit to join or annual dues assessments to access the club's properties. Instead, the club plans to allow members the opportunity to make four weeks of reservations annually.
The properties available to Phoenix Club members are planned to be the properties formerly attached to High Country Club. Each reservation will have a predetermined cost associated based on the property and the season and members will be required to pay for their stay 60 days in advance of the stay.
