Paradise Destination Club
Partnerships

Like many other destination clubs, Paradise Destination Club would augment the membership experience by partnering with other luxury travel providers to ease use by members.

The young "destination club" would market their club primarily around financials. Properties would be owned debt-free, annual dues would cover all operational costs, and Paradise would never rent or lease properties. It appears that all of these were true due to the fact that properties weren't owned by the club, but rather by second home owners who contributed their properties to the club. In exchange, these members would have access to other member's properties.

While the definition of a destination club has evolved over the years, the vast majority of those within the industry do not consider this type of structure to fall within the parameters of the definition.

Due in part to virtually no marketing, a very ineffective website, and a lack of clarity regarding their club structure, Paradise Destination Club is one of multiple clubs within the sector to receive virtually no interest from luxury travelers. It appears that the club has ceased operations, likely with no members.

Despite the fact that Paradise did not get off the ground, they did procure one strategic alliance for their members to enjoy.

In addition, members often would have access to cars while in residence, but these automobiles were likely attached to the owner of the property and not the club.

Members of Paradise Destination Club would receive "special consideration when chartering jets." While vague to a fault, members likely would receive preferential pricing on jet services and priority access for last minute excursions.
