Dedicated to a financially sound business structure, Paradise Destination Club pledged to own all of their properties debt free, never lease any properties, and carry no indebtedness.

Members would also receive a 100% refund of their membership deposit if they ever elected to leave the club and have their deposit refunded on a two in, one out basis, superior to the industry average of a three in, one out policy. Members could also travel on an unlimited basis through paying a per night space available cost, varying between the club's two membership plans.

"Now you can vacation in large beautiful Luxury Vacation homes for the price of a small hotel room," wrote President Michael Dignam. "We are sure you will be totally satisfied with PDC's quality procedures to make your every vacation a memorable one. In fact, we guarantee it."

"The Management and Staff at PDC realize that the best way to accomplish our goal is to have input from the membership. Your suggestions are always welcome."

Despite this open policy and the attractive membership terms, the club never drafted any press releases, were featured in any news articles, or engaged in any sizeable marketing efforts, and were subsequently one of the most unknown destination clubs in the history of the industry.

Paradise Destination Club appears to have ceased operations, likely with few, if any, members.
