Paradise Destination Club Holiday Access
One of the most unknown destination clubs in the history of the industry, Paradise Destination Club would launch their Charter Membership phase accompanied with a financial sound structure.
According to the club, every property in the Paradise Destination Club portfolio would be 100% owned with no debt, the club would never lease or rent properties, and had no other indebtedness. From the service side of the club, members would be able to resign their membership at their leisure, subject to a two in, one out resignation policy, extended family usage rights, low membership deposits and annual dues, and a target member to property ration of between four and six to one.
Paradise would offer two different membership plans to their base of members. The young club never disclosed any press releases, received any news coverage, and offered very little information regarding their club and their structure.
While the club did not disclose the peak holiday access periods it had identified, Paradise likely mirrored several other clubs with the following holiday periods.
- President's Day
- Easter
- Spring Break
- Fourth of July
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Year's
Each of the club's two membership plans offered different holiday access privileges.
Gold "Lifetime" Membership
Members within the Gold Membership level would have "limited" holiday access during the club's peak periods.
Platinum "Lifetime" Membership
Platinum members of Paradise Destination Club received "priority" access during the club's peak periods.
While the specifics of the holiday policies were not disclosed, it is likely that Platinum members would have first access to holiday reservations, with Gold members able to access any unused nights that were not earmarked for Platinum members.
