Ultimate Escapes Offers Free Annual Dues Promotion
By: Destination Club News Date: December 7, 2009
The world's second largest destination club, Ultimate Escapes, is giving new members the opportunity to enjoy their first year of club membership without paying annual dues. Based on the club and membership plan selected, this new promotion could save new members up to $49,000. This current promotion joins another enticing incentive introduced by the club in recent months.
In October, Ultimate Escapes announced a free airfare promotion that gives new members free airfare for a year to any club destination, up to $25,000. New inquiries currently evaluating the club can choose one of these two offers if they elect to join.
This promotion is available for a limited time and the airline promotion is scheduled to conclude at the end of the year.
Ultimate Escapes has been without question the most newsworthy destination club over the past quarter with the acquisition of Private Escapes finalized and the approval of the acquisition by Secure America Acquisition to make Ultimate Escapes the first publicly traded destination club.
As 2009 comes to an end, Ultimate Escapes is looking to help bring the destination club industry out of one of their worst years in history. In 2009 alone, a who's who list of leading clubs closed their doors or filed for bankruptcy, including:
High Country Club and Solstice were both members of the industry's oversight organization the Destination Club Association. Another member, The LUSSO Collection, filed for bankruptcy in December of last year.
In addition to offering new members these attractive membership benefits, Ultimate Escapes has also reached out to members of club's no longer in operation. In October, Ultimate Escapes and Everlands announced an agreement that would give members of Everlands preferred membership terms on an Ultimate Escapes membership.
While both of the current offers available through Ultimate Escapes are limited, conducting a thorough due diligence evaluation is advisable.
