Already with properties in Key West, Naples, Miami Beach and other Florida hotspots, Ultimate Escapes is adding the new five-star Waldorf Astoria Orlando to their portfolio through a partnership agreement, giving members access to the nearly 500 deluxe rooms and suites at the resort in addition to the residences and luxury hotels already available to members.

"Waldorf Astoria is an iconic brand that sets the highest standards in luxury accommodations and Ultimate Escapes is thrilled to offer our members the ability to vacation with their family and friends at this extraordinary resort in the heart of Disney," said Jim Tousignant, President and CEO of Ultimate Escapes. "We are continually working to find new ways to provide members with the most memorable and enjoyable vacation experiences. Orlando is already a very popular destination for our members and now, with Waldorf Astoria in our portfolio, they can experience the best that Disney World has to offer, with the prospect of an elegant oasis to call home."

Waldorf Astoria OrlandoLocated in Bonnet Creek, Waldorf Astoria Orlando spans 482-acres and is surrounded by Walt Disney World Resort on three sides and secluded by a private nature preserve. The first hotel to be built ground up since the flagship property in New York City, the Waldorf Astoria Orlando blends the "vibrant ambience of Florida" with the "Jazz-age elegance of New York's Art Deco Waldorf Astoria."

The 498 deluxe rooms and suites at Waldorf Astoria Orlando feature marble bathrooms, high-definition 42-inch LCD televisions, luxury linens, and complimentary in-room cable. The amenities only get better as guests leave their rooms. The Waldorf Astoria Golf Club was designed by famed architect Rees Jones. An 18-hole championship course at over 7,100 yards, it is one of the few in Florida without real estate along the greens, instead letting the course meander through a large wetland preserve. Members also have access to the 24,000 square foot Waldorf Astoria Spa by Guerlain in addition to a 4,000 square foot fitness center with 23 indoor treatment suites and six outdoor treatment areas. The recreation area includes four pools including signature cabanas, two zero-entry pools, a free-form lagoon style pool, and waterslide. For those traveling on business, a 28,000 square foot meeting space is available, sectioned into 15 meeting rooms, two executive boardrooms, and an 8,100 square foot ballroom with views of the waterways.

"Waldorf Astoria Orlando will provide Ultimate Escapes members with some of the best that the city of Orlando, Walt Disney World and the Waldorf Astoria Orlando have to offer," said Peter Kacheris, Managing Director for the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. "We look forward to greeting Ultimate Escapes guests who have visited Orlando before and those who are new to the destination."
