The Hideaways Club Adds New Residence In Ibiza
By: Destination Club News Date: July 12, 2010
For the first time in history, Spain has hoisted the World Cup trophy following their dramatic win over the Netherlands. An estimated one out of every three Spaniards watched the match with an roughly 700 million tuning in around the globe for the finale. As Midfielder Andrés Iniesta's 116th minute goal in extra time pushed the nation to the brink of the championship, parties throughout Spain erupted, including one of the world's most storied party destinations: Ibiza.
The Hideaways Club, Europe's largest destination club in terms of members and properties, has announced the addition of another residence in Ibiza, Villa la Solana. Found in Es Cubells, an exclusive region in the southwest part of the island, Villa la Solana is the highest property on the hill, giving uninterrupted views of the popular destination.
An architectural marvel, the home's fourth bedroom is found in a tower, perched above the pool, surrounded by trees and comfortable deck chairs. Just three minutes from town and ten minutes from the beach, the privacy that the residence provides can easily be overcome through its ideal location.
Villa la Solana joins Can Simon, the club's first residence in Ibiza, also in the exclusive region of Es Cubells but with a distinctly different design, including its own separate guest house and finca style layout.
Members of The Hideaways Club also have access to the portfolios of Banyan Tree Private Collection and Equity Estates through two partnerships created this year, bringing the club's total portfolio to nearly 50 residences. Counting both partnerships and new property acquisitions, The Hideaways Club is one of the fastest growing destination clubs on the planet and plans to continue this impressive growth curve as the worldwide economy begins to recover.
