Following what they call "a very successful summer in terms of new member growth," The Solstice Collection is adding residences in Mexico and New York available exclusively to members.

Solstice New York Bedroom"The addition of these exceptional homes further demonstrates how Solstice continues to live up to their already exceptionally high standards for real estate quality and selection of destinations in top-tier global travel markets," said club advocate Andrew Harper, Editor of Andrew Harper's Hideaway Report.

Earlier this year, the club surveyed members and the response was for the club to add more urban and beach destinations. The introduction of Casa Playa Blanca in Cabo San Lucas and The Glass Houses in West Village should alleviate much of that demand.

Joining Casa Estrellas, the current Solstice property in Cabo and highest utilized property in the Solstice Collection portfolio, is aptly titled Casa Playa Blanca. Just steps from a retractable glass wall, white sandy beaches await members. The property itself includes a media room, conversation room and what the club describes as "an ideal floorplan for entertaining."

The new units in West Village are described by Graham Kos, Solstice Collection's Founder and Director of Real Estate Acquisitions, as featuring "Zen-inspired architcture" for its glass exterior. With terraces on both the north and the south, the three bedroom residence and the one bedroom unit will both let members soak in the city that never sleeps. "Dramatic Hudson River and city views will offer our members an authentic New York City living experience in one of the area’s most coveted neighborhoods," Kos would continue.

Internally, the properties features contemporary art and furniture, a virtual office, and multiple outdoor spaces. The two units are planned to become available to members in Fall of this year.

The largest destination club in the ultra-luxury segment of the industry, The Solstice Collection has passed the 80 member mark. Less than a year removed from a merger with Parallel, a fellow ultra-luxury club, The Solstice Collection has continued their organic growth, citing that "total deposits grew almost 25%" during the summer.
