Rocksure Property Introduces Barcelona Apartment To Capital Fund

When Rocksure Property first introduced the Capital Fund, it would serve as the urban spinoff to the Alpha and Bravo Funds. Designed for those that wished to be enveloped by some of the best city destinations the world has to offer, Capital has continued to delight since 2009, adding an assortment of luxuriously furnished apartments and town houses across Europe. Now the equity based destination club is proud to announce the news addition to the Capital Fund roster in Barcelona.

Located in the heart of one of the world's leading tourist destinations, the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment features a large living room, drawing/dining room, kitchen, and guest bedroom. Ideally located just under 100 meters from the Paseo de Garcia, the unit spans 205 square meters.

Interior designer Josie Hemingway has been tasked with refurnishing the apartment, bringing her extensive experience following the launch of her own luxury guesthouses in South Africa. Hemingway will be working alongside the Rocksure directors across all of the Capital Fund properties to ensure that each home is fashioned to the highest caliber.

At present, full units are available from €115,000, giving investors an average of 14 nights of access per year for the life of the ten year fund. Built around the American destination club model, founders David Rogers and Desmond Patrick-Smith brought a financial perspective to the club design, leveraging their experience with Abercrombie & Kent in the club's creation. Once the Capital Fund reaches its full subscription, it will include ten total residences, each with a minimum of 1,500 square feet. Destinations such as Venice, Vienna, Rome, Cannes, and Paris will make up the full portfolio.

Like many other equity based destination clubs in the sector, Rocksure has enjoyed consistent organic growth despite the difficult market conditions. Now with the Alpha and Bravo Funds fully subscribed, the club has introduced the Crystal Fund and Quintessentially Rocksure, a partnership with Quintessentially.
