Just shy of their one year public anniversary, luxury destination club Quintess has surpassed the 100 member threshold and will subsequently raise prices. Launched in April of last year, Quintess officially began operations in September of 2004.

"We are thrilled that we have been able to grow our membership to 100," said Quintess Managing Member Ben Addoms. "This solidifies Quintess' position as one of the top luxury destination clubs and shows that we are satisfying our member's needs and expectations."

In tandem with the announcement, Quintess will raise the prices for their Charter Affiliate and Charter Premium memberships $10,000 and $20,000 respectively. Now at $175,000 for the Charter Affiliate Membership and $345,000 for Charter Premium, new members will enjoy the same privileged access to the collection of luxury vacation homes that the first 100 members have enjoyed.

Currently, Quintess counts 14 multi-million dollar properties in their growing portfolio, spanning nine destinations around the world, including New York City, Aspen, and Costa Rica. The club's most recent additions include residences in St. Thomas, Lake Tahoe, and Cabo San Lucas with two new properties current under development in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Homes in the Quintess portfolio average over $3.5 million each.

Quintess has become an increasingly attractive offering for many new luxury travelers looking at the destination club model due to a rather unique financial structure. During their first year with the club, members can redeem their membership for a 100% refund of their membership deposit if they aren't satisfied with the experience. Thereafter, members receive 80% of their membership deposit returned if they wish to resign.

Prior to travel, Quintess helps take care of all the member's pre-trip needs, including airline reservations, pre-arrival grocery shopping, creating a travel itinerary, and making dinner reservations amongst others. And for members who are unable to use all of their nights during the year, Quintess allows members the ability to give friends and family nights of access at no additional charge.

The destination club industry continues its growth with Exclusive Resorts, Private Escapes, Dream Catcher Retreats, and Quintess all making their mark on the young sector. While each club offers members a similar experience, world class accommodations in some of the world's most desired destinations, each has a slightly different value proposition and benefits package.
