Members of Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World will have access to new destinations in popular golf areas through their reciprocal agreement with The Tour Club, a new destination club with a licensing agreement with the PGA Tour that is described as "the first and only national sports entertainment solution providing access to the inaccessible by leveraging more than $1 billion in combined assets, including access to luxury residences at some of the world’s most sought after golf destinations."

The new properties available to Quintess members include:

  • Newport Coast, California: The Resort at Pelican Hill
  • Graniteville, South Carolina: Sage Valley Golf Club
  • Princeton, New Jersey: TPC Jasna Polana
  • Atlanta, Georgia: Atlanta National Golf Club

"Quintess, LRW is focused on expanding our members' experiences across the United States and beyond. We are thrilled that our new reciprocal agreement with The Tour Club will provide members with these great new destinations, expanding on Quintess, LRW’s category leading home portfolio, availability and quality of service, said Greg Eure, President of Quintess.

The four new destinations available through The Tour Club partnership include some of the most recognized golf courses in the United States. The Resort at Pelican Hill was rated a "Premier Resorts 2010 Top Newcomer" in Golf Magazine. Golf Digest ranked Sage Valley their #6 in their list of America's greatest golf retreats. Within the hills of Princeton, TPC Jasna Polana was designed by Gary Player and spans 230 acres. Atlanta National has already been profiled by us when readers selected The Tour Club's five bedroom villa as our destination club property of the week earlier this month.

In addition to the reciprocal agreement with The Tour Club, Quintess also has an established partnership with The Oyster Circle, one of Europe's largest destination clubs. Through these partnerships and their own property portfolio, members have access to over 80 homes in more than 40 destinations around the globe.

This vast collection of residences is the primary reason that many luxury travelers choose destination club membership over owning a second home. To learn more about the benefits, and risks, of joining a destination club, request a free copy of our Destination Club Guide.
