Quintess, LRW Restructures Membership Pricing

In an attempt to make comparisons easier with other destination clubs, Quintess, LRW has reworked their membership plans, giving members more flexibility to create a membership plan suited for their own unique travel needs.

"Quintess has always offered superior reservation flexibility, holiday use and overall value than any other destination club," the club wrote. "We want you to know that we are now presenting our membership plans in a way that makes these advantages very clear and effortless to understand, especially when comparing Quintess to other destination clubs, such as Exclusive Resorts. We believe you will find this new presentation very satisfying and an integral part of your consideration of joining a destination club."

Prior to the unveiling of these new changes, members purchased either holiday or non-holiday membership plans. Now members can elect purchase an optional holiday access plan on Q30 memberships and above by paying a one-time fee when joining. For $70,000, members can make one peak holiday reservation per year. For $40,000, members are able to make one peak holiday reservation every other year.

Each of the club's six membership options have been slightly massaged, some increasing in price, some decreasing. The club's former daily occupancy fee of $275 per night has been removed, with the club annual dues covering travel costs for members.

Each of the above six membership plans include complimentary extended family usage and a 90 day space available reservation window.

As mentioned by Quintess, these changes have been made in part to simplify the comparison process easier for potential members, notably Exclusive Resorts. The transition now gives both Quintess and Exclusive Resorts membership options starting at ten nights, moving up in ten increments up to 60 nights of annual usage. Both now also offer optional enhancements allowing for holiday travel and complimentary extended family use, letting family members use the club's residences without the primary member or for simultaneous use of multiple properties for larger parties.
