M Private Residences To Appear At Divas and Diamonds

Under the tagline "an event that will empower you to bring out your inner diva," Divas and Diamonds, an exclusive evening at the Thomas GoGo Gallery on Thursday, has invited M Private Residences to attend. Attendees will enjoy a night of socializing, cocktails, and appetizers.

Also in attendance will be over 100 women from Milestone Asset Management, a firm that specializes in wealth management specifically for women. The services the organization offers includes:

• Retirement planning
• Severance strategies
• Charitable giving
• Divorce planning
• Portfolio management

While not a sales or marketing event for M Private Residences, interested parties will be able to obtain an invitation for a more formal information night in the future about Canada's leading destination club that will feature Co-CEO Ken MacLean and Director of Sales Pat Dennis.

In the coming weeks, M Private Residences has plans to participate in events in both the Vancouver and Edmonton markets to continue the strong start to 2007. Earlier this month, M Private Residences surpassed 100 members and continue to capitalize on their first mover advantage as Canada's first destination club.

These upcoming events will join a selective marketing blitz, including appearances in the Calgary Herald, Edmonton Journal, Elemente, and Robb Report. On an on-going basis, nearly half of all new memberships sold by the club are a result of member referrals. These marketing and press initiatives look to further the upwards trend that M Private Residences has seen over the year.

In addition to surpassing the 100 member threshold, M Private Residences has added properties in Las Vegas, Whistler, and France during 2007, each available exclusively to members.
