M Private Residences Adds La Quinta To Portfolio

Much of the US and Canada is locked in ice and snow, making the newest addition to the M Private Residences portfolio even more sought after. Located within the gated PGA West golf community, M is proud to introduce their newest home in California's "Gem of the Desert" in La Quinta, California.

Averaging 350 days of sunshine per year, the new four bedroom, four and one half bath residence backs onto the PGA West Greg Norman golf course. Dramatic views of the Santa Rosa mountains serve as an ever present backdrop to members as they visit the countless shops, restaurants, golf courses, and galleries all conveniently located nearby.

Over 90% of new membership capital is used towards new property acquisitions with the collected costs of owning and operating the properties covered completely by members' annual dues.

"Every dollar is covered by the operating costs," said former CEO Paul Poscente. "Every light switch, every cup of coffee, all the debt, all the salaries, all the sales, sales incentives, referral programs, every freaking dollar is in the annual dues."
