Luxus Vacation Properties has gone across the pond for their 21st property, a two bedroom, two bath residence in the acclaimed Borgo di Vagli in Tuscany. Set on 32 acres in the protected area of the Niccone Valley, Borgo di Vagli is a 14th century hamlet, surrounded by fruit trees, olive groves, and native timbers. The result of a ten-year restoration effort by the renowned restoration engineer Fulvio Di Rosa, Borgi di Vagli has become one of the top fractional and destination club options in Italy.

Luxus Vacation Properties Borgo di VagliThe restored "il salto di gatto" is scheduled to become available to Luxus partners in March. We spoke with Luxus Founder and CEO Stephen Petasky yesterday to learn more about the new addition to the portfolio. "Borgo di Vagli is the perfect option for Luxus Vacation Properties not only for its spectacular location, but also for the central management team on the ground. They have made our first European addition seamless and will be able to provide our owners with exemplary service from suggesting local attractions to visit down to overcoming the language barrier."

In a time when many of their peers are contracting, Luxus has enjoyed steady and consistent growth, taking in approximately one new partner per week. If the organization continues at this pace, Petasky is confident that the current fund, which is available exclusively to Canadian residents, will reach 30 total properties by the end of the year and reach full subscription.

Petasky informed us that the 22nd and 23rd homes in the club's portfolio are already in the pipeline and that more information would be made available soon. We look forward to reporting more on the success of Luxus, so please check back soon for more details.
