Just two months following their public launch in August, LUXLife continues to make progress on their Founder Membership offer, reporting a "positive market response" on their membership drive.

Limited to just 399 total members, LUXLife is actively searching for their founding 50 members. These invitation only members will enjoy significant savings, privileges, and benefits on their membership. "All the Founding Memberships will be committed and closed out very soon, with a mix of individual, family, and corporate member participants," said Gary Ferraro, President at Villa Partners International.

Targeting high-net-worth investors in Singapore and Hong Kong, LUXLife features a decidedly eastern focus for their property portfolio. At full subscription, the destination club plans to offer members exclusive access to between 50 and 60 properties and is currently in their first round of properties acquisitions. As new membership sales continue, LUXLife plans on targeting:

  • Bali, Indonesia
  • Phuket/Koh Samui, Thailand
  • China Beach, Vietnam
  • Niseko, Japan
  • Sentosa, Singapore
  • Gold Coast/Barrier Reef, Australia
  • Whistler, Canada
  • Nevis, Caribbean

Currently, LUXLife offers a oceanfront villa within the St. Regis Resort featuring four bedrooms and pool side pergola, a four bedroom residence in Phuket with a work out room and spa, and a four bedroom unit at the Oceanfront at Sentosa, just minutes from the heart of Singapore.

Joining a new destination club can provide a great deal of significant membership benefits, including reduced pricing, preferred membership terms including increased access and priority reservations rights, and multiple other benefits offered by the clubs. Associated with these benefits are the risks attached to joining a new club. Will the club reach their requisite sales goals to keep the club in operation? How will the capital contributed by members be used during the initial months? What guarantees are provided to members if the club ceases operation?

Understanding all of these details will help you evaluate if a new or more established destination club will be best for your unique travel needs.
