Jeff Potter Out As Exclusive Resorts Chief Executive Officer

Since 2007, Jeff Potter has served as Exclusive Resorts' Chief Executive Officer, bringing his experience atop Frontier's leadership team to the world's largest destination club. Now Potter will transition to the club's Board of Directors where he will serve as a member and pave the way for Philippe Bourguignon, bringing his hospitality experience to the luxury travel club.

"Philippe is one of the most highly regarded executives in the global hospitality industry," said Exclusive Resorts Chairman Steve Case. "His track record as a leader and innovator will enable Exclusive Resorts to build on the strong platform that Jeff Potter has put in place, to fully capitalize on the company's many expansion opportunities. We are pleased to have an executive of Philippe's caliber take the reins at Exclusive Resorts at this exciting juncture."

Bourguignon's resume includes serving as Chairman and CEO of Euro Disney, Chairman and CEO of Club Med, President of Accor for the Asia/Pacific region, Executive Vice President for North America, and Vice Chairman of Revolution Places, and CEO of Miraval Resorts. Bourguignon has also served as the Co-CEO of the World Economic Forum and as a member of the Board of Directors at several firms, including eBay and Zipcar.
