Flash forward to a year following their bankruptcy and seven of the club's resort residences were put up for auction "regardless of price" through auctioneer Sheldon Good & Company in March.
Sheldon Good has listed the results of the total sale in the case study portion of their website, claiming $4.3 million for the seven properties.
- $418,000: 1470 Masters Blvd., Unit #311, Orlando, Florida
- $517,000: 120 Tip Top Trail, Unit #6537, Keystone, Colorado
- $722,700: 65 The North Road, Breckenridge, Colorado
