After selecting a Demeure property in the Turks & Caicos last week, our readers have again selected a residence in this tropical paradise as we turned our focus to the private residence club world with The Élan Collection.

Checking in at approximately 12,000 square feet, The Élan Collection's Coral House includes five bedrooms, two living rooms, a library, breakfast room, office, family room, and formal dining room. Incorporating a Barbadian Oliver Messell architectural style, the expansive home includes coral render flooring with glass inlays, Brazilian hardwood doors, and even antique wrought-iron gates imported from France, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.

Coral House also includes its own one bedroom guest cottage, complete with private pool and garden, separate staff quarters with two bedrooms and a living area, and a central courtyard populated by giant frangipani trees, bougainvillea, and other tropical landscaping.

The Élan Collection is currently giving members of Ultimate Escapes a 15% discount for shared interest ownership in all of their residences through the end of the month. Currently, members of Ultimate Escapes are evaluating Demeure, the club that was selected the winning bidder for the club's assets who has extended the transition deadline until this Friday.
