With the ski season soon coming to an end, we featured the always popular Beaver Creek in our weekly property vote and Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World defeated Capricorne Villas and Distinctive Holiday Homes, capturing over 57% of all votes.

Located in the heart of Beaver Creek, the home at Eagle's Nest spans four levels and includes its own elevator. Amongst the many amenities in the residence are a private study, a stone and timber fireplace, outdoor spa, two car garage, and media room.

Quintess Beaver Creek ColoradoBut if you are going to Beaver Creek today, you likely are going for the skiing. Members typically store their equipment in the garage and head up two levels via a stairway beside the home. A "very short but steep incline" awaits members but provides access to the Elkhorn Ski Lift/Chair 14. When finished for the day, members can ski down the Oxford Skiway run to return home.

"Your Beaver Creek Host suggests that on your first day you walk to the main Centennial Express Lift in the Beaver Creek Village to get your bearings," writes the club. "To get there, walk out of the garage and walk uphill about 300 yards toward the main Beaver Creek Village entrance. Once in the Village, walk through the covered bridge and take the escalators up two flights."

At over 5,000 square feet, the five bedroom residence is spacious enough to accommodate large groups of families and friends, as discussed by members. "When we were in Beaver Creek there were 11 of us, which included two babies," said Quintess member Pat Penske. "Cribs were found for us as were highchairs. We had most meals in the home as the kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space if needed. This was truly a fun family experience. Our grandchildren are ready to return in a heart beat. Any issues, problems or question we have had, have been answered and taken care of quickly."

As the world's third largest destination club, Quintess also has Colorado ski properties in Vail, Telluride, and Aspen in addition to a large collection of beach, city, and leisure destinations. Last year, Quintess and The Oyster Circle announced a partnership that also gives Quintess members access international destinations such as Cannes, Sotogrande, St. Tropez, and Umbria among others.
