Just 15 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport, the 3,800 square foot home is found within a gated community and includes four bedrooms and four and one half baths. The scenic hillside backdrop can be enjoyed from the pool, hot tub, or outdoor fireplace.

Inside, members have access to a gourmet kitchen, high definition flat screen televisions, and a Dell Home Office. Outside, members can make daytrips to Disneyland and SeaWorld and partake in the abundance of golfing, hiking, shopping, and nightlife that is available.

Canada's largest destination club, M Private Residences has a substantial collection of US based residences, including popular stops like Las Vegas, New York, and Oahu. With property values in decline around the globe, M Private Residences recently discounted membership pricing for each of their three options by as much as $65,000 to come more in line with the net asset value of the total collection of residences. Late last year also saw the club announce that they would not increase annual dues in 2010.

Structured as a not for profit, members of M Private Residences collectively own the club. In addition, the club also now allows members the ability to enjoy unlimited and free space available travel, meaning that if a property is not already reserved by another member 30 days prior to the reservation, a member can stay for free without it counting against their annual allotment of nights.
