Featured Property: M Private Residences Gold Canyon, Arizona
By: Destination Club News Date: March 21, 2010
We have returned from our holiday in Arizona, and while M Private Residences happily opened their doors for a visit to their property in Gold Canyon, we were unable to tour the residence. Nonetheless, the spacious home takes home our property of the week award, edging out the Tucson residences available to members of Exclusive Resorts and The Markers Club.
Located approximately an hour outside of Phoenix and 45 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport, the 5,000 square foot house spans four bedrooms and three and one half baths. Located within a gated community, the property's concierge Wendy Brown told us that we were "missing out" when we let the club know we wouldn't be able to tour the residence.
Like other destination club properties in the region, the M Private Residence home in Gold Canyon is ideal for golfers. Members have "golf privileges at a 36-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and private clubhouse fitness facilities" in addition to the countless other courses that dominate the region. For non-golfers, tennis, basketball courts, and hiking, mountain biking, and horseback trails all are also in close proximity.
For those who wish to stay cool, the property features a pool table for guests to enjoy indoors and a private pool, barbeque, and living space outside. Flat screen televisions, DVD players, video game consoles, and a Dell Home Office System make up the home's electronic package.
M Private Residences, Canada's largest destination club, also has another property in Arizona, located just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor International. For those interested in visiting, M Private Residences has introduced a secondary sales channel that allows current members the ability to resell their membership to interested parties. This new sales channel will continue until the end of April.
