Next year, Las Vegas will celebrate their 100th anniversary as a city. Once a sleepy stopover on the trails to the more prosperous west, Las Vegas has become an international hub for all things entertainment in the past century, even billing itself as "The Entertainment Capital of the World." The neon lights, casinos, shows, and shopping have made Nevada's most populated city one of the most popular locales for destination club members looking for an exciting getaway.

Exclusive Resorts Las VegasLas Vegas is one of the newest destinations available to members of Exclusive Resorts, joining additions in Steamboat Springs and a collection of Once In A Lifetime vacations. While new to the club's portfolio, Sin City has already won our property of the week by capturing over 50% of the vote against rivals Ultimate Escapes and The Markers Club.

Added to the portfolio in April, ten residences were introduced at the Vdara Hotel & Spa at CityCenter and all have already become fast favorites for club members.

"Our 10 residences at the new Vdara Hotel & Spa at CityCenter will be among the very best within this brand-new luxury property," wrote Jeff Potter, Exclusive Resorts' Chief Executive Officer. "All are corner units, located high in the building, custom-designed and furnished to suit club member tastes. Each two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath residence features an open floor plan, fully-equipped kitchen, and spa-style bathrooms, wrapped by windows showcasing city and mountain views. The onsite services and amenities include a luxurious two-floor wellness spa and fitness facility, stylish pool area with private cabanas, gourmet in-room dining, and preferred reservations at the hottest MGM MIRAGE restaurants and shows."

Coming in at over 1,400 square feet each, the ten modern residences serve as an excellent base camp for exploring The Strip. The non-gaming Vdara was designed by the teams at New York's RV Architecture, an acclaimed international practice headed by Rafael Viñoly. There work not only made Vdara one of the most striking items on the Las Vegas skyline, but also one of the most environmentally friendly. Vdara has achieved LEED® Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council and received a "5 Green Keys" rating, the highest honor given from the Green Key Eco-Rating Program.

The world's largest destination club in terms of members and properties, Exclusive Resorts gives travelers hundreds of vacation options around the world. Averaging $3 million each, Exclusive Resorts residences come appointed with state of the art appliances, multiple bedrooms, and often privileged access to private golf courses, spas, and beach clubs, all for less than the cost of purchasing and maintaining a single vacation home.
