Featured Property: Equity Estates WaterSound Beach, Florida

In the final hours of our property of the week vote, Equity Estates narrowly edged out Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World to take home our weekly award, capturing just over 40% of the vote with Quintess garnering approximately 38% of our voters. This week we focused on one of the destination club industry's most popular locales: Florida.

While Equity Estates' property in WaterSound is one of the newest club residences, it actually is a replacement for a previous property on the Emerald Coast of Florida in Inlet Beach. The five bedroom, five bath home spans nearly 4,000 square feet and three floors with unmatched views of the ocean and nearby lakes from nearly every room.

Located just steps away from miles of pristine, white sand beaches, members can easily access the beach via a wood pathway that also leads to the WaterSound Private Beach Club. At the club, members can access a restaurant, zero-entry pool, tennis courts, and outdoor bar overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. For those who don't want to walk, the properties garage accommodates two cars and a golf cart.

Early this year, Equity Estates and The Hideaways Club announced a strategic alliance that allows members of both clubs reciprocal access to the other club's collection of vacation properties. Through the partnership with The Hideaways Club, Equity Estates members have approximately 30 residences available to them in some of the world's most highly sought after destinations, including new international retreats such as Morocco, Switzerland, and South Africa amongst others.
