Just nine months into the club's short existence and Exclusive Resorts has already achieved the 100 member threshold.

"Reaching 100 members in such a short time frame is a milestone for Exclusive Resorts," said Exclusive Resorts' CEO and Co-Founder, Brad Handler. "Our success demonstrates the need for an alternative to multi-million dollar second home ownership. Not only do our members want to be free of the burdens and expenses of a second residence, they are also looking for the amenities and services of the luxury hotel and resort."

In February, Exclusive Resorts officially opened their first property to members, and by July, the club reached the 70 membership mark and disclosed that over 20 memberships had been sold during the previous month. The club is now averaging over 400 inquiries per week. In the two months since the club reached the 70 member plateau, Exclusive Resorts has brought on an additional 30 members to reach the century mark, a pace of nearly one new member every two days, including the club's first international member, Servando Cano.

"My family and I enjoy traveling to premier destinations outside of Mexico, but we also like to take vacations within the country-Exclusive Resorts accommodates both," said Cano. "After speaking to other members it was easy to see that Exclusive Resorts made luxury travel easy, especially with children."

Exclusive Resorts portfolio of multi-million dollar private luxury residences include homes in Los Cabos, Manhattan, Beaver Creek, San Francisco, London, Mauna Lani (Kona), Wailea (Maui), Tucson, the Bahamas, Deer Valley, and The World of ResidenSea. The club plans to soon bring on a handful of new destinations in Whistler, Scottsdale, Paris, Tuscany, Telluride, Naples, Boca Raton, Montana, Palm Springs and more.

In a case of the rich getting richer, the addition of these new properties will generate even greater interest in the young club. Check back soon to learn more about Exclusive Resorts and the introduction of these new properties.
