Back in June, Exclusive Resorts announced the acquisition of five new properties in Steamboat Springs. The scheduled December opening date seemed to be light-years away, but the leaves have fallen and snow now covers the Rocky Mountains. Yesterday, the world's largest destination club opened their new residences for members to enjoy as the ski season gets into full swing.

Exclusive Resorts Steamboat SpringsLocated at the base of the gondola, the four bedroom, four and one half bath residences average approximately 2,600 square feet, each with gourmet kitchens, interior finishes such as reclaimed timber and weathered metals, and spacious dining and living areas.

The ski-in, ski-out units gives members prime access to 165 trails across nearly 3,000 acres. This convenient location is already delighting Exclusive Resorts members who are likely on the slopes right now on a somewhat out of place sunny December Colorado day.

Steamboat Springs is the ninth mountain destination in the Exclusive Resorts portfolio, joining other popular ski retreats such as Jackson Hole, Deer Valley, and Whistler. Colorado is the most popular ski destination for the club, as Steamboat joins Snowmass, Telluride, and Vail/Beaver Creek.

Exclusive Resorts is currently giving new members a $10,000 gift card that can be used for spa treatments, private chefs, tee times, and other club activities. The promotion is slated to conclude on December 15, 2010.
