For the seventh consecutive year, Exclusive Resorts has surpassed the 90% mark in terms of membership satisfaction. This diligence to members seems to exist on the employee side of the coin as the world's largest destination club has been named a finalist for the Annual Best Companies to Work for in Colorado award.

We visited the club's magnificent downtown Denver offices just a few short weeks ago, the hallways lined with engaging photos of some of the club's nearly 400 residences. The modern offices feature large windows looking out into the heart of the city. Exclusive Resorts has already been recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Colorado" in 2009 and hopes to repeat this year.

The Exclusive Resorts' family doesn't stop with the employees, it also counts their roughly 3,500 members in the family tree. "What we do as a Member Services Manager is we get to know you and your family," said Exclusive Resorts' Travel Planner Daniel Rosalky in a video last year. "We get to know the things about you that maybe your best friend of twenty years doesn't know about you, because it affects what sort of bedding configuration you want. What sort of food we put in the pantries. What sort of activities you want to do. We know dietary needs. We know the things that interest you. Whether it is art and museum or more adventure based. We'll sit there and speak to you on the phone for hours if necessary, and not talk about Exclusive Resorts, but talk about you and your family. To understand what it is going to make a truly great vacation for you."

Exclusive Resorts has already added 16 new properties to their portfolio this year, including new residences in Las Vegas, a private villa at Miraval, and has just announced new properties in Steamboat Springs for the upcoming ski season. While many other destination clubs have been selectively adding new residences to their collection, none have matched the pace of Exclusive Resorts.

The portfolio of residences is just the start of the vacation options available to members. This weekend, members will board the Sojourn, Seabourn's newest cruising vessel, in Copenhagen as part of the club's Once In A Lifetime program, an assortment of cruises, safaris, and other adventures available to members as part of their membership.
