Exclusive Resorts Adds Ten Residences In Las Vegas
By: Destination Club News Date: April 24, 2010
Exclusive Resorts, the world's largest destination club in terms of members and properties, will soon be unveiling ten new residences in Sin City, each with views over the lights of the strip and mountains that surround Las Vegas, joining the near 40 other destinations available to club members.
"Our 10 residences at the new Vdara Hotel & Spa at CityCenter will be among the very best within this brand-new luxury property," writes Jeff Potter, Exclusive Resorts' Chief Executive Officer. "All are corner units, located high in the building, custom-designed and furnished to suit club member tastes. Each two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath residence features an open floor plan, fully-equipped kitchen, and spa-style bathrooms, wrapped by windows showcasing city and mountain views. The onsite services and amenities include a luxurious two-floor wellness spa and fitness facility, stylish pool area with private cabanas, gourmet in-room dining, and preferred reservations at the hottest MGM MIRAGE restaurants and shows."
"Vdara’s location within CityCenter, the most exciting new area in the city, gives members the best of all worlds when visiting Las Vegas. Our residences are just steps from all the attractions, including world-class shopping and dining in the new Crystals retail district and the best gaming in town at the spectacular Aria Resort & Casino and the world-renowned Bellagio, which is only minutes away by indoor walkway. Yet at the end of each day members can return to the exclusive, non-gaming sanctuary of Vdara to relax and recharge."
One of the hardest hit regions in the nation in terms of real estate values, we have spoken to multiple destination clubs in recent months about the appeal of Las Vegas. With some housing statistics showing a slight upswing in recent months, now may be the best time to capitalize on the current market climate.
Beginning Wednesday, April 28 at 9:00 AM Mountain, the club's Residence Allocation System will be available for these ten new properties until May 4 at 5:00 PM Mountain. With approximately 6,600 vacations during the first quarter of 2010, making it the busiest quarter in the history of the club, there will likely be a strong demand for these new units.
