The ski season may be in the rear view mirror, but it is never too early to start looking towards the next. Exclusive Resorts has announced the addition of five new properties in Steamboat Springs at One Steamboat Place, a development of Timbers Resorts, to their collection of destination club properties.

Exclusive Resorts Steamboat SpringsEach with four bedrooms and four and one half baths, the 2,600 square foot residences have been meticulously designed to enhance the mountain ambiance, including the use of reclaimed timber, weathered metal, and hand-cut stone. Just feet from the gondola, members will have ski-in, ski-out access to Steamboat's 165 trails across nearly 3,000 acres. Outside each residence, guests will find a heated pool and a trio of hot tubs, perfect to rest tired muscles after a day on the mountain. Also just steps away, members will find a spa, ski valet service, gourmet market, fitness center, and slopeside dining.

The new residences in Steamboat Springs are scheduled to be introduced in December and will join Snowmass, Telluride, Vail, and Beaver Creek in the roster of Colorado ski destinations. For those looking for slopes outside the Colorado Rockies, Whistler, Lake Tahoe, and the French Alps are also available to members.

Approaching nearly 400 total properties, the new Steamboat Springs residences bring the club's total to 16 new additions in 2010 alone, joining 10 residences in Las Vegas and a private villa at Miraval, Arizona. The over $1 billion in real estate holdings includes a diverse portfolio of beach, ski, urban, and leisure destinations, all available exclusively to members. In addition, Exclusive Resorts created their Once In A Lifetime program, a collection of vacations throughout the world, including cruises, expeditions, and other memorable adventures. The club has announced their 2011 Once In A Lifetime roster, including stops in the Galapagos, California Wine Country, Patagonia, and Fiji.

One of the primary reasons that luxury travelers join a destination club rather than buying a second home or purchasing a timeshare is the surplus of vacation options available. As demonstrated by Exclusive Resorts, a vast array of homes are owned by the club, each intentionally underutilized to allow for superior availability for members.
