One of the leaders in the luxury travel membership industry has just acquired new properties available to members but also a new way to market their club. Exclusive Resorts, a new travel membership club that has already signed up over 100 members just nine months after their launch and well on their way to 200 has acquired the property and marketing assets of Mirabella Estates, L.P., a high end fractional product.

"The acquisition firmly positions Exclusive Resorts for further growth as the definitive luxury residential travel leader," said Exclusive Resorts' Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO Brad Handler. "We are committed to providing our nearly 200 members with the best selection of luxury residences worldwide, combined with superb service. Mirabella's carefully selected locations and homes, together with their service innovations, are a strong step forward for Exclusive Resorts."

The locations and homes mentioned by Handler are a 3,862 square foot property in Snowmass, Colorado and a ski-in/ski-out property in Telluride.

The four-bedroom, four-and-one-half bath with Jacuzzi tubs and steam showers home in Snowmass features a full kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator, outdoor spa, and just steps from the lift on Snowmass Mountain.

The Telluride property, also four-bedrooms and four-and-one-half baths, includes luxurious finishes throughout in addition to a private whirlpool on the deck. Members will also have easy access to the Heritage Club, where they will be able to store their skis, work out, or relax in the lounge.

While the properties brought into the Exclusive Resorts' portfolio may generate the most buzz, the club also acquires Mirabella's proprietary marketing data, statistical models, and customer service systems.

The total value of the assets are estimated to be higher than $20 million.

"We are excited to be joining the Exclusive Resorts family," said Jason Lippman, Mirabella Estates' CEO and Co-Founder, in the club's press release. "Our customers have been thrilled with the Mirabella product and service. Together with Exclusive Resorts, we can bring this unique offering to more customers in more locations than we could have otherwise."

Lippman will become the Vice President of Business Development at Exclusive Resorts.

Today, Exclusive Resorts also announced the acquisition of The Odyssey Club, a rival club that had planned to launch next month led by Thomas Gottlieb, John Pritzker, and Andrew Harper.
