Following a third consecutive year of growing by more than 50%, Equity Estates has announced the newest destinations to their growing property portfolio, combining a healthy mix of leisure, city, and beach residences for members to access at their leisure. Just months after introducing new residences in Anguilla and Snowmass, one of the world's fastest growing destination clubs is pleased to introduce their newest destinations Maui, Costa Rica, Scottsdale, and Paris.

Equity Estates PropertiesReplacing the club's leased property in Wailea and immediately available to members, Maui is home to Equity Estates six bedroom home on the acclaimed Plantation Golf Course. Sitting on two acres, the property includes an indoor/outdoor flow with an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The residence is decorated with antique pieces directly from Shanghai and includes a chef's kitchen and media room easily converted into a sixth bedroom.

Just south of Tamarindo, Casa Cristal is located in Playa Langosta in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. The new five bedroom, five bathroom mansion spans over 6,000 square feet in addition to a caretakers' quarters where the local host resides. The residence sits on two beachfront lots and includes the main house, which counts three bedrooms and baths, and two separate guest suites. While members are able to spread out, the eight person Jacuzzi, infinity pool, and outdoor dining will bring them back together. Reservations for the new Costa Rica residence will be accepted later this month with members able to travel beginning March 19, 2011.

One of the most popular retreats in the destination club industry, Scottsdale is a welcome respite for those looking to escape winter's grasp. Overlooking the 14th hole of Troon North's Pinnacle Peak course, the 4,000 square foot home includes three bedroom with a deluxe study that can be converted into a fourth bedroom. Members will be able to begin making reservations later this month and travel starting April 3, 2011.

Available on a reciprocal use basis, the 1,900 square foot, two bedroom residence in Paris is found next to the prestigious Champs-Elysées and just minutes from the Franklin D. Roosevelt Metro Station. The recently renovated unit rests on the second floor and includes high ceilings, private bathrooms, and air-conditioning throughout. Members can begin making reservations immediately.

After several years of contraction, many destination clubs are beginning to again expand their property portfolios, indicating that things may be on the rebound.
